Etienne Thiebaud and Gerade Villet has for a long time been true to the traditional Jurassiene working methodes and there is no doubt that Etienne has learnt a lot from Gerade and Christine Villet.

Since 2019 Domaine Villet has been run by their son Näthaniel and his work has removed the addition of sulfittes at the bottling and at the moment constructing a new winery clos to the lieu-dits "Bodines" slos to their vineyards there.
Domaine Villet are one of the wineries where quality, tradition and price still goes hand in hand - we have selected 2 wines to show this from the 2022 vintage.

Domaine des Cavarodes released their last release late 2025 and we think several of the wines like the VDP - French Comte Blanc is absolutely one of his best, together with the Savagnin "Cuve" that as we experince is hugelyg underrated. both wines VERY stabile.
The Poulsard "Chemenot" and Chardonnay "Lumachelles" show their true fingerprint from the terroir and old school vineification.
