In general the year 2015 was a very good year for wine growers and buyers alike, the summer was intensely hot, and many regions were affected by drought. But Luck was on the growers side and many growers ended up with decent yield to make for an excellent vintage, and deliver often stunning wines. 

Now, ten years on, the conditions should be perfect for enjoying a vintage 2015 bottle.
