Meet Anne-Claire Schott — a jungwinzerin from Twann, TROIS-LACS on the slopes above Lake Biel 🇨🇭

A 4th generation vigneronne, Anne-Claire combines heritage with a distinct personal vision. She farms 4,5 hectares biodynamically, with limestone-rich soils and a lake view that "softens" the climate while enhancing the wines.

🍷 Her cellar is split into two distinct lines:

SCHOTT WEINE TRADITION — A low intervention classic range, elegant, structured, and terroir-driven,

AROMA DER LANDSCHAFT — A natural line, embracing chaos, skin-contact, and emotion.

At first, we focus on her classic range — a balanced expression of precision and depth.

Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay all crafted with care. These wines are refined but expressive, made with minimal intervention and a steady hand.

Anne-Claire’s Pinot Noir channels the finesse of Burgundy, echoing the approach of vigneronnes like Claire Naudin — delicate, yet firm. While she incorporates a touch of wildness, particularly in her skin-contact wines, her focus remains unwavering. Anne-Claire uses sulphur at bottling and slight filtration, preferring her wines clean and without flaws.

These wines don’t follow trends — they carry generations of tradition, made modern with purpose.
